Description
What this module covers:
Designing programs around measurable participant outcomes rather than activity volume — covering the logic of outcome definition, activity-to-goal alignment, and honest evaluation practice.
Core topics:
– Outcome framing: writing participant goals that are observable, specific, and suited to the population being served
– Activity-to-outcome alignment: sequencing program elements so that what participants do connects directly to what they’re meant to gain
– Evaluation design: building assessment into the program structure from the start rather than adding it as an afterthought
Approx. hours: +/- 4
What shifts:
A design process that produces programs with clear direction and assessable results — moving practice away from activity-for-its-own-sake toward programming with genuine purpose.
