How Our Services Work
PlayQuest Recreation offers access to organized activities, guided sessions, and recreational experiences. These services are often tied to specific time slots, availability, and preparation on our side. When a booking is confirmed, your spot is reserved within that schedule, and resources are allocated accordingly.
Before You Book
Every PlayQuest experience is designed with a clear format — including duration, activity type, and level of involvement. We encourage you to review these details before confirming your booking. By completing a reservation, you’re securing a place in a scheduled activity, which may have limited capacity and cannot always be reassigned on short notice.
Cancellations and Refunds
We understand that plans can change, and we aim to keep our policy fair while respecting operational commitments.
- Cancellations made in advance (within a reasonable timeframe) may be eligible for a full or partial refund
- Late cancellations, especially close to the scheduled time, may not qualify due to reserved capacity
- No-shows are considered completed bookings and are not refundable
The closer the cancellation is to the activity time, the harder it becomes to reallocate the reserved slot.
Rescheduling Options
In many cases, rescheduling is a more flexible option than cancellation. If you notify us early, we will do our best to:
- Move your booking to another available time
- Offer alternative sessions of similar format
- Adjust participation without losing your reservation value
Rescheduling is always subject to availability.
Changes Initiated by PlayQuest
If an activity needs to be rescheduled or canceled due to unforeseen circumstances (such as weather conditions, technical limitations, or organizational issues), you will be offered:
- A new time slot
- An alternative activity
- Or a full refund if no suitable option is available
We aim to ensure that your experience is either fulfilled or fairly compensated.
Participation Responsibility
PlayQuest activities may involve physical movement, coordination, or engagement depending on the format. By booking a session, you acknowledge that you are able to participate at the required level. Refunds are not provided in cases where:
- The activity does not match personal expectations after participation
- The participant decides to leave the session early
- Physical readiness or comfort level was not properly assessed beforehand
We encourage all participants to choose activities that match their preferences and abilities.
Group Bookings and Special Arrangements
For group reservations or custom sessions, additional conditions may apply. These bookings often involve dedicated time slots and preparation. In such cases:
- Cancellation terms may be stricter
- Partial refunds may depend on timing and scale of the booking
- Custom arrangements may not be refundable once confirmed
Details are always clarified in advance for these types of reservations.
Fair Use of Bookings
Each reservation represents a real allocation of time and resources. Repeated last-minute cancellations or misuse of booking flexibility may result in restrictions or refusal of future reservations. This helps maintain a reliable system for all participants.
